Hot on the heels of last month's Neighbours cast announcement comes the news that stunning 29-year-old HaiHa Le is set to join the soap for a two-month guest role as Michelle Tran.
Described as the flatmate from hell, Michelle moves in with Jade (Gemma Pranita) and Kyle (Christopher Milligan), and - though there aren't yet any clues as to whom it might be - becomes infatuated with one of the local boys.
'To describe her as annoying is an understatement, and she is certainly one of a kind,' laughs HaiHa. 'However, despite the madness, she has a heart of gold.'
HaiHa is known for a successful on-screen career which includes starring in three series in comedy-drama Bed Of Roses, and roles in Rake, Sea Patrol and City Homicide. She's currently co-writing a television series about growing up in the western suburbs of Melbourne, and as Neighbours' Michelle will be on-screen from mid-July in Australia
